Coffee, kegels, and conversations with God – EEEtheWorld
This entire week I’ve been dedicated to a new revitalizing morning routine: Coffee, kegels, and conversations with God !
It’s simple. Takes two minutes. I drink coffee while sitting in lotus position and exercise my Kegel muscles transitioning with holds of ten seconds with ten pulses, ten times. This helps balance my energy flow for the day, wakes me up, and gives me a minute and connect with god and be grateful for exactly where I’m at right now. Plus this energizes me to move into my crunches and sun salutations. Wahoo!!

Winter Wonderland Welcoming 2019 – EEEtheWorld
It’s going to be a great year! 2019 has been a great start so far. I am focusing on simplicity and being present. Today, I enjoyed walking with Dil on our usual walk. We found paw prints of several little animals. We enjoyed the fire in the sky. We found great gratitude in our space behind the condo. Here are some pictures from the day and skiing yesterday in some gorgeous powder. Thank you, Ullr for blessing us with snow and this lovely outdoor adventure playland we live in!

Flashplant expose extravaganza – EEEtheWorld
I’m no longer on Instagram or social media. It’s liberating. I loved Instagram, but I realized I loved editing photos. So, I’m posting more here to avoid everyone else’s bullshit. My creative photo time is fulfilling to me… And it really is just to entertain myself. Here’s flashplant expose extravaganza:

EEEvolving – EEEtheWorld
Hellooo.
It’s beeen a long while since I have beeen active on EEEtheWorld. Since February, I’ve dedicated myself to my new role as Development Manager at Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center BOEC, teaching sustainability courses at Colorado Mountain College, and spending quality time in nature with Ryan and the pups. This has left little time to post. I have beeen journaling often, which usually takes the place of the blog. You know meee, I lovE lovE lovE the therapy of swirly curly cursive on a page instead of screeen time. But, I am back for the foreseeeable future.

This has left little time to post. I have beeen journaling often, which usually takes the place of the blog. You know meee, I lovE lovE lovE the therapy of swirly curly cursive on a page instead of screeen time. But, I am back for the foreseeeable future.
I’ve beeen playing with a reeevaluation of this blog beeeing worth it since I have not posted all summer (or fall for that matter since we already have 3in of snow up here in Dillon at 9,176 ft). So, in order to bring value to myself and the communitEEE, I am making a commitment to write 3 times a week.
A couple really inspiring, soul-shaking things that move meee lately include the following:
~Contemplation of the past 5 years and significant stages of EEE:
* Eat. Educate. Explore the world... (the original)–> *Evolve.Experience.Enliven.Enjoy.Enthuse.Etc… (all the eee adjectives, and where Instagram is still stuck) –> *Environment.Equity.Economy...(known as the 3E’s of sustainability and what I teach/preach)–> *Experience the world. Evolve yourself. Engage your community… (This was the rebrand in February 2019)–> *Eat for the Earth Everyone… (This is a recent idea which ties into my new plan about eating a mostly plant based diet among other things that make meee, meee!)
So I am not really sure where to go. But instead of worrying about where this is going or the theme and vision, I think I just need to stick what inspires meee. And write about that. 3 times a week.
It’s that simple. So I will beee back later this week with a lot of catch up on what’s kept meee groovin the past 9 months.
Lots of love, Hallieee

Something I am Proud of Accomplishing – EEEtheWorld
Something I am Proud of Accomplishing
My last day at HC3 is tomorrow (wrote this on 1/27/19). I’ve learned so much about leadership, outreach, waste reduction, sustainable food, energy efficiency, and water conservation through my work there the past year and a half as community programs coordinator. What I will miss most of all is sharing all of what I’ve learned with the kids. Seeing the impact of teaching and sustainable action like good scrap recycling in front of my eyes is something I’m very proud of. I’m also very grateful for the teachers, administrators, kitchen staff, and custodians who work tirelessly every day to keep food out of our landfill. Great thanks are also due to Recycle Across America for sponsoring labels for our school district. Here are recent photos of the progress. Keep of the great work SVE, DVE, and UBE. You’re setting great examples for the entire district!
